The Kinnerley site is situated approximately 2 miles from the end of the Nesscliffe by-pass on the A5 between Oswestry and Shrewsbury. The majority of the storage units at Kinnerley are ex. ammunition bunkers of brick and concrete construction built during the 2nd World War. These units are of either 9,000 or 13,500 sqft with 10ft or 14ft headroom.
Due to the substantial construction of these buildings, some of which are partly underground, they are well insulated against heat and cold.
At Kinnerley we also have varying sizes of modern steel framed buildings and purpose built bulk storage facility.
Our customer base ranges from small local companies to large international companies.
The services we can provide range from straightforward loading and unloading of pallets, loose handling products into and out of a container to order picking, packing and despatch of smaller items, with storage space available for the long and short-term.
